In the wake of its annual global conference, Panorama, the global community of 26 executive search and leadership advisory firms, has announced its new leadership team for the coming period.
Roy Herold, Managing Partner of MPS becomes Chair with Aidan Kennedy of Saxton Bampfylde moving to Chair Emeritus. Carlos Altona of EXEC in Brazil becomes our new Vice Chair and is joined by Agamjeet Dang of Executive Access (APAC), Krista Walochik of Talengo (EMEA), Martin Baker of Buffkin Baker (N.America). Stefan Koop of Delta (EMEA), Ranju Shergill of Pekarsky & Co (N.America) and Heather Phelps of Phelps (N.America) complete the team.
Chair Emeritus Aidan Kennedy commented:
