Buffkin/ Baker was trusted with the undertaking of seeking an Executive that would be responsible for overseeing all product development and technical aspects of the Experian Marketing Services (EMS) division. The role was to serve as a catalyst for transformation within the division, helping to evolve the way Experian brought new products and services to market and support existing customers.
We were diligent in finding a professional that possessed business and technical depth, along with engineering expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary technical deployments. We sought out a true leader possessing excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills to inspire teams. This candidate was to have an excellent track record in directing employees that maintain and improve software applications in big data environments. The appointed candidate was Razal Minhas. Prior to joining Experian, he worked at companies such as JCPenney, Ralph Lauren and Belk.
