Challenge

We undertook a global search to appoint the Head of the Clinton Institute and Executive Director of Executive Education, housed within the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences at Queens University Belfast. The group was looking for a significant refresh of its programmatic offer and a renewed focus on its long-term client development.

Following a global search led from London, the shortlist consisted of a range of candidates from leading business schools in the UK, across EMEA and North America. The successful candidate was Laith Dajani, Executive Director at American University of Beirut who brought significant international business development and executive education leadership expertise.
