Vidhu Sood-Nicholls joined Saxton Bampfylde’s consulting team in September 2021 and brings an impressive track record of operating at senior level over the last 15 years across the non-profit and corporate sectors. Vidhu has most recently worked as Director of Fundraising at Teach First. Vidhu started her professional career as a teacher on the prestigious Leadership Development Programme with Teach First. Before that she held several roles in the corporate arm of Barclays Bank. She uses her cross-sector experience to find successful leaders in different contexts.

Vidhu is passionate about addressing social inequalities and was attracted to Saxton Bampfylde because she is mildly obsessed with finding leaders who will accelerate the pace and impact of the organisations they lead. She served on the board of Teach First and is a trustee for Hopscotch Women’s Centre.

Vidhu studied Law at Bristol University, before completing her MSc in International Development from the University of Bath.
