Susana Pérez de Vries is the Director of the leadership consulting area. She specializes in the design and implementation of international programs.

She began her professional career in leadership consulting more than 15 years ago. Before joining Talengo, she was Head of Development and Talent for Spain, Italy and Portugal at the professional services multinational EY (Ernst & Young).

Susana has extensive experience in international projects and multicultural teams, focusing on the incorporation of cultural, generational and gender dimensions that ensure adaptation to key groups. She has designed and coordinated transformation projects with high organizational impact such as talent evaluation and identification systems, development programs for high potentials, leadership models, process review, cultural change management and career plan design. Her business experience together with her orientation to the development of people, has led her to accompany managers both in the definition of human resources policies, and in relation to their own professional development. In the latter field, she is an expert in high performance team development, relational skills, as well as executive coaching, both individual and team.

She has a degree in Psychology from the Autonomous University of Madrid, master’s in human resources, ACTP Coach by ICF at the European School of Coaching, and Team Coach by ICF at Lider-Haz-Go. Susana is certified as a Professional Scrum Master (PSM I) by Agile.Org. Accredited in Social Styles and Versatility by TRACOM ® Group and in facilitation of 360º Feedback by the Center of Creative Leadership.
