Sunandan has over 20 years of leadership experience with multinational communication firms – President and Country Manager –Portland India, Sr VP in McCann Erickson ,VP in J Walter Thompson, Lowe Worldwide, Grey Worldwide, and Exec VP in Zenith Optimedia. Sunandan’s areas of competence span brand strategy and communication – he has worked closely with companies like Nestle, Heinz, Kellogg’s , Unilever, Motorola, Smith Kline Beecham, L’Oreal , DeBeers, Godrej , Boots, Eicher , Indian Airlines and Bank Am -he has expertise in building brand leadership and strategy planning, spearheading consumer insight.
He was part of the jury for ‘HR Excellence Awards 2018’ instituted by Business World, a leading business publication in India.
He has also written several articles in leading business media across a variety of issues including the challenges faced by CEOs, new perspectives for search consultants, human resources and the impact of diversity.
