Ricardo joined Talengo in April 2022 as Director in the Colombia office. With more than 30 years of experience in the financial sector in the structuring of commercial areas, management of product management and teams in corporate, business, institutional and private banking segments. With managerial experience in multiple roles within Banks, Trusts, Stock Brokerage Companies and Financial Corporations.

Prior to joining Talengo, he worked for different top level organizations in Colombia such as Grupo Aval, Grupo Bancoldex, Grupo Bancolombia, Grupo Sudameris and Grupo Alianza. He held managerial positions at the commercial level, reporting to Boards of Directors and participating in strategic committees of senior management. During his career, he has provided comprehensive advice to companies in the financial and real sectors.

Ricardo accompanies the client both in executive search projects and in the strengthening of Corporate Governance processes, leveraged on his strong knowledge of business models in order to translate them into tailored proposals.

Ricardo is a Business Administrator from the Javeriana University, with studies in Strategic Marketing at CESA, who throughout his career has managed to build relationships of trust and transparency with clients from different sectors, maintaining a commercial relationship with high hierarchical levels, a comprehensive management of projects for the real and financial sector, and leadership in the direction of human talent for the fulfillment of strategic plans.
