Consultant

Patrick holds degrees in mathematics, political science and law, including his Ph.D. in law from the London School of Economics.  Over his career, he has held leadership roles in government and higher education, notably for ten years as President & Vice-Chancellor of Concordia University in Montréal.  His long and extensive experience in executive search has enabled him to serve leading clients in both the private and public sectors.  He helped found Panorama and is active in several of its practice groups, in particular Higher Education, Arts & Culture, Public Sector and Healthcare.
