Pamela Parra

Pamela Parra is the director of the leadership consulting area. Expert in the design and implementation of global projects for the identification and development of managerial talent, she advises clients in the financial, electricity, consumer goods and health sectors.
Her experience, that exceeds 11 years, has allowed her to acquire a solid and global profile around the integral management of talent within organizations. Pamela has led 360º feedback projects, mentoring programs, management by values, competency mapping, performance evaluation and personal branding. She also directs and teaches management skills development programs. Due to her expertise, Pamela is a leader in the practice of evaluating potential and talent 2.0, applying new technologies that allow working in delocalized and virtual contexts, with elements of evaluation on and off-line.
Pamela has been a mentor of the Galatea Program, promoted by the Official College of Psychologists of Madrid. Currently, she completes her know-how in topics related to neuroscience and emotional management.
She holds a degree in Pedagogy in the specialty of Labor, and diploma in Social Education from the Complutense University of Madrid. Master in HR Management from CESMA Business School.
