Martin Schupeta completed an apprenticeship in banking before studying economics at the University of Hamburg, graduating with a degree in business administration.

He gained his first experience in Executive Search in 1998 as a researcher in the then newly emerging digital economy. After completing his banking apprenticeship and studies in Hamburg, he held positions in Corporate and Investment Banking as well as Wealth Management in Germany, Mexico and London, where he was responsible for business with major mid-cap companies for an international banking group and subsequently structured the acquisition of new customers for a Hamburg-based private bank.
As an entrepreneur himself, he founded one of the first providers of craft beer in Germany. Subsequently, he advised start-ups on growth topics and designed, among other things, the start-up strategy for a university.
He has been a partner of Delta Management Consultants since 2021.

Martin Schupeta advises in particular the management of owner-managed medium-sized companies in growth phases and succession situations. He assists companies across all sectors with international market entries and expansions. In doing so, he also relies on his experience as a founder and entrepreneur. His clients include banks, family offices and asset managers.
