Mark Farrington serves as Partner, Healthcare Technology, in the Nashville TN office. He joined Buffkin/Baker in 2017, and works to secure talent and expertise in healthcare technology, information security, technology products, and strategy to provide innovative leaders and create value for clients across the spectrum of healthcare organizations.

Mark previously served as Chief Innovation Officer and Chief Information Officer for Premise Health, the largest worksite health and patient engagement company with more than 550 worksite-based health and wellness centers across the country. With more than 35 years of experience in healthcare technology and technology services, onsite healthcare and diagnostic laboratory companies, he has established a reputation for visionary technology solutions that created value for organizations ranging in size from small enterprise startups to multi-billion dollar corporations. Prior to joining Premise Health, Mark was a co-founder of W Squared, an entrepreneurial self-funded startup which provided outsourced business solutions for small and mid-sized companies. Prior to W Squared, Mark has provided excellent leadership serving as CIO and VP/Senior Director of multiple private equity-backed organizations including OralDNA Labs, American Esoteric Laboratories, CHD Meridian Healthcare, Labcorp, and Allied Clinical Laboratories.

Mark graduated from Birmingham-Southern College, and resides in Nashville, TN. He is a member of the Nashville CIO Council as well as a Board Member of the Nashville Adult Literacy Council.
