Marcia Rice serves as a Principal where she is a key member of the Healthcare Practice in the healthcare delivery vertical, supporting searches for physician and healthcare executives. She previously worked for Ascension Saint Thomas as a physician recruiter, helping to successfully recruit hundreds of physicians to Middle Tennessee.

Marcia was actively involved with the Tennessee Medical Association Alliance for 26 years and served as state president in 2000. She served on the Board of the Tennessee Medical Education Fund, The Physicians Health Peer Review Committee for the Tennessee Medical Foundation, and the Advisory Board for One Generation Away, a nonprofit that seeks to eliminate food insecurity.

Marcia graduated summa cum laude from Middle Tennessee State University and holds a master’s degree in Early Childhood Education from Tennessee Tech. She lives in Nashville with her husband, Richard. They have two daughters and six grandchildren. She enjoys yoga, travel, jigsaw puzzles, and time at the beach
