Malcolm has 17 years’ experience from senior management roles within the consumer industry at major multi-international companies such as Unilever, Maxxium and Bacardi Ltd.  He has held various senior positions within sales, marketing and general management. Hence, Malcolm has deep operational and strategic understanding of leadership and organizational optimization, as well as from business strategy and execution.

Malcolm (Lund University alumni) has been working with executive search since 2016, primarily recruiting C-level Executives and Board Directors across all industries, but with extra expertise within Life Science & Healthcare, the Consumer industry (including Media, HoReCa, Entertainment & Sports), Ecommerce, and Tech industry.

In his spare time Malcolm engages in cooking, music and in sports – mainly skiing, golf and football (junior football coach since many years).

Malcolm is fluent in Swedish, English and conversational in German.
