Krista Walochik

Walochik joined Talengo (then Norman Broadbent) to found the company in Spain as Managing Director and Director. In 2004, she was appointed Chief Operating Officer and a year later CEO of the company globally, as well as Director of the listed group to which the company belonged at the time. In 2007, she led the Management Buy-out of the business in Iberia and Latin America, and is a co-founding partner of the firm Talengo.
Krista specializes in advising Boards of Directors and in the search for senior executives and independent directors within the Services, Industry, and Real Estate sectors, both in Iberia and in Latin America.
She has more than 20 years of experience as a director in a private and listed company, has been part of the Advisory Board of a technology multinational, and currently co-chairs an advisory board of a top-level academic institution in Latin America. For 9 years, she has served on the governing bodies of AESC, the association of the best global headhunters, being Treasurer, Chair of the Nominating Committee, and Chairman of the Global Board. Krista is a member of the Institute of Directors and Administrators of Spain, Women Corporate Directors, the International Women’s Forum, and WIRES (Women in Real Estate Spain).
She has a degree in Spanish Philology from The George Washington University (Washington D.C.), Master of Arts from Middlebury College (Vermont), Master of Business Administration from the University of Maryland, Master Coach accredited by AECOP and by Institute of Human Development (United Kingdom). Krista has been recognized as one of the 100 most important businesswomen in Spain and is a regular speaker on Leadership and Corporate Governance issues internationally.
