With more than 25 years of professional experience, he specializes in the search for senior management positions for the financial sector.

For more than 8 years he worked in a renowned global executive search firm, where he led the finance practice advising local and international companies. Previously, he held for 16 years different management positions in the financial industry, in the corporate banking segments of companies for entities such as Bancolombia, Leasing Sudameris and Banco GNB Sudameris. His last years were as a private banker, supporting the General Bank of Panama in the strengthening, development and consolidation of the business in Colombia.

Jorge is a Business Administrator from the Colegio de Estudios Superiores de Administración CESA, with studies in Investment Banking from the Jorge Tadeo Lozano University and Senior Management from the Universidad de los Andes.
