Holder of an MBA in Human Resources Management and a master’s degree in accounting from HEC-Tunis. Before joining Alspective, Helmi has spent more than 20 years in major Tunisian and international groups in Finance and Human Resources positions.

Helmi acts as an advisor, coach and trainer within the framework of individual, collective and organizational enhancements, for companies and management committee teams, in various activity fields. He has helped to identify leaders, and to support the talents of experts and senior executives.

Multidisciplinary, former operational manager, senior advisor and experienced recruiter for C-Suite level leaders. Helmi brings a multicultural expertise, Franco-Arab, international and a good knowledge of the consulting Market, in Tunisia, in Maghreb and in Sub-Saharian african’s countries.
