Gema Gómez is the Director of the leadership consulting area.

Expert in technological solutions associated with the management and development of people. She has extensive experience in the design and implementation of talent and management skills programs, high performance teams and development of new competencies in teams in an environment of change.

With more than 15 years of experience in HR, since her inception she has deployed projects related to digital methodologies, having developed an important part of her professional career in a technology consultancy. Gema has participated and led projects as a consultant that involved the selection, design and implementation of technological environments to support the organization. She has deployed projects that involved accompaniment in environments such as: SuccessFactors, BlackBoard, Moodle and Cornerstone, as well as other environments locally or custom designed. Master the digital tools associated with the evaluation and development processes.

As a consultant, she has participated in the design of comprehensive leadership development programs working with management teams and members of the Management Committee.

She acted as an internal mentor in the different positions she has held.

She holds a degree in Psychology from the Complutense University of Madrid, Master in Business Management and Creation from the School of Industrial Organization and Postgraduate in Sales Management and Commercial Management from ESIC.
