Dr Eugenia Gonzalez joined Saxton Bampfylde in 2022 with ten years of experience in executive search, including eight years at a leading Higher Education specialist firm. She has partnered with clients across the sector on senior academic and professional services and board roles, as well as advising membership organisations and learned societies on their Chief Executive appointments.

Eugenia holds a BA in International Affairs from George Washington University and a PhD in English from the Ohio State University. Before turning to search, she was a Lecturer in English Literature in the United States and Victorian Studies at Birkbeck in the UK. Originally from Argentina, she lived in Italy, Nigeria, Switzerland, and the US before moving to the UK.
