Courtney has a Bachelor of Social Sciences from the University of Waikato, majoring in Psychology, Human Resource Management and Industrial Relations. Fascinated by human behaviour, Courtney enjoys working with people to find out what makes them tick. Alongside her studies, Courtney represented New Zealand for rowing, travelling to Poland and Bulgaria to compete at the Under 23 World Championship events in the Lightweight Women’s Single Scull. In her spare time, Courtney can be found playing sports, surfing, cooking and drinking coffee
