Co-Head of Global Financial Services

Carrie is a founding Partner of Hobson Leavy, based in Auckland, New Zealand. Within Panorama she is Co-Head of our Global Financial Services Practice.

Carrie began her career in Corporate Banking where she held senior positions in the US and New Zealand. She has worked in Executive Search for almost 20 years, establishing Hobson Leavy with Stephen Leavy in 2006. Carrie specialises in identifying and advising top-level executives across the Financial and Professional Services sectors to enhance organisational performance and change management. She has held directorships in both the private and public sectors, with particular expertise in Financial, Health and Professional Services.

Carrie has a B Com (Hons) in Economics from Otago University and is an approved Certified Finance and Investment Professional (CFIP). She has also completed the Advanced Course in Executive Search from the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labour Relations in New York.
