Carolina is a professional leadership consultant with more than 18 years ‘experience.  During the last 15 years she has focused on developing of leadership consulting projects in leadership, top-level executive and Board Director search for different fields.

She is a psychologist from the Universidad Catolica de Colombia and has done a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from the Universidad Externado de Colombia. She has extensive knowledge in evaluation and development under the Assessment Center methodology, potential evaluation and skills management. She has been certified by Saville Consulting on the use of Wave tool and trained in assessment under the diagnostic methodology of the Management Diagnostic Center (CDG).

Leading projects for the health, education and pharmaceutical industries, among others. For nearly 14 years she worked at Top Management, a benchmark leadership and executive search consultancy firm, leading projects for the health, education and pharmaceutical industries, among others, actively participating in the recruitment of senior executives and in the management of assessment projects for national and multinational companies in various industries.

Previously she held different positions in real sector companies such as: Permoda and Gas País, acting as head of the Human Resources area, supporting staff acquisition, training processes and strategic decision making.
