Has more than 18 years of professional experience. During her last 15 years she has been specialized in developing leadership consulting projects, search for top-level executives and members of Boards of Directors for various sectors of the economy.

She is a psychology graduate from the Catholic University of Colombia and has a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from the Externado de Colombia University. Expert in evaluation and development issues under the methodology of Assessment Center, potential evaluation and skills management. Certified by Saville Consulting for the management of the Wave tool and with training in valuation under the diagnostic methodology of the Management Diagnostic Center (CDG).

For about 14 years he worked at Top Management, a renowned leadership consulting and executive search firm, leading projects in the health, education, pharma and service sector practice, actively participating in the hiring of senior executives and in the management of diagnostic projects. Previously, she held for four years various positions in real sector companies such as: Permoda and Gas País, acting as head of the Human Resources area, accompanying strategic issues and talent acquisition.
