Carlo has been a partner of Management Search since 1993, providing consulting services in the talent management and executive search fields, for senior executive positions in the service and utilities sectors and in industry.

He was a member of the AESC European Council (global Association of Executive Search Consultants) from 2011 to 2015.

Carlo joined JP Morgan, initially in New York and later in Milan, within the Corporate and Investment Banking Division, where he managed relationships with the main Italian and international industrial groups and developed the bank’s activities globally.

After leaving JP Morgan, he joined Olivetti as Head of the Group’s Foreign Financial Companies, to organize their development and provide support to the group internationally.

He was later appointed Chief Financial Officer of Olivetti Office, as well as manager of Investor Relations for the group, maintaining relations with leading financial institutions and major institutional investors internationally.
