Bernard Ugnon-Coussioz is a Partner of Alspective Group, Board Services division.

At Engineer Ecole Centrale de Paris, Bernard led his career in the IT industry until 2014.

As the head of international teams serving the global market, Bernard led mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. Opening new perspectives, he allowed revenue and margins to grow faster than the market, greater customer satisfaction and stronger employee engagement. In his last position at HP, Bernard was both Director General for 2,200 employees, 4 sites, 5 billion € turnover, and Vice President of a global worldwide service business.

Bernard is passionate about creating value and transforming problems into opportunities. He is a member of strategic advisory boards and a member of the board for SMB high-tech companies, and the director of the Grenoble INP Foundation.
