Annemarie de Bourbon de Parme
Consultant
In 2019, Annemarie is the first woman invited to join Consultive Search as a Partner. Her focus is consulting about inclusion and diversity at board-level and female leadership. She has worked in journalism and communications in varying positions and responsibilities for over 20 years. Her last work was with the largest news organisation in the Netherlands, NOS, in Brussels and The Hague, covering (European) politics.
Her passion is to listen to people about what motivates them, who they essentially are, and consequently where they will be most effective.
Annemarie has an international background. After obtaining her French Baccalaureate in Strasbourg in 1995, she studied a year at James Madison University in the United States of America. Then she studied law at the Universities of Utrecht, Shanghai and Sydney. After a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in 2002 at Utrecht University in the Netherlands, she successfully completed a postgraduate degree in radio and television journalism at University of Groningen.
In 2011 she authored a book about the five former prime ministers of the Netherlands, expounding their views on leadership, and the effect political power had in their private lives. Annemarie thinks and works out-of-the-box. She will contribute to the further expansion of Consultive Search in the Netherlands and in Europe.
