Segarra Anna Segarra joins Talengo in 2022 as Director in the Leadership Consulting area. ​

Her professional career has always been linked to management development consulting. She began her career in a boutique search for executives specializing in positions in different fields and sectors, although mostly focused on the technology area. Later she joined Hay Group as a Development and Evaluation Consultant until 2019 when she joined Overlap as Manager of Barcelona, very focused on aspects of Talent and Leadership. She has more than 20 years of experience in skills assessment projects for critical groups in the organization, as well as in the design and subsequent implementation of talent development programs, and cultural change projects. In these years she has led projects to define leadership models, create corporate universities, define commercial systems and associated competencies, as well as define and implement performance management systems. Projects linked to the improvement and development of people and organizations of national and international scope for companies in the pharmaceutical, banking, industry, services and automotive sectors.

She has a Degree in Psychology from the University of Barcelona, specializing in Clinical Psychology. Master’s Degree in People Management from EADA. She is a Coach certified by the European School of Coaching and accredited by ICF. Postgraduate lecturer in Human Resources at centers such as the UdG.
