Ana Maria joined Talengo in May 2022 as Director in the Colombia office. She has extensive experience in facilitating, leading and managing training, communication and transformation processes. She has also participated in the design of strategic organizational projects from the perspective of talent.

Prior to joining Talengo, she worked with different organizations within the consulting and technology industries, in companies such as El Tiempo Casa Editorial, Ubits and Lee Hecht Harrison, amongst others, as Sales Manager and Consultant.

Ana Maria is a specialist in talent consulting and executive search projects, as well as the strengthening of transformation processes, co-creating with client organizations, programs that contribute to the growth of the organization and its employees.

Ana Maria has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Universidad de La Sabana, an MBA from Universidad de Barcelona and a Master’s Degree  in Digital Transformation and Business Development from the same university. Throughout her professional path she has gathered experience in sales coaching, building strong relationships with company leaders through the understanding of their needs and goals in relation to talent management, commercial management, organizational change, organizational structure, skills development and team building, helping to provide solutions that have a positive impact in the company´s goals,  growth and evolution.
